Solista – Delete your data
App “Solista” · Developer: Oliver Drewing
1. Delete a shared list from the server
- Open Solista and long-press the shared list on the home screen.
- Choose “Delete for everyone” and confirm.
The list and all its stored changes are deleted from the server immediately and disappear for all members.
To leave the list without deleting it for others, choose “Leave list” instead.
2. Cancel a device transfer
You delete a running transfer to a new device by cancelling it on the old device (close the sheet). After a successful transfer, the new device deletes it automatically.
3. Delete all data on your device
- Android: Settings → Apps → Solista → Storage → “Clear data”, or uninstall the app.
- iOS: Delete the app (press and hold the app icon → “Remove App” → “Delete App”).
If shared lists should also disappear from the server, delete them first as described in step 1. A copy in your device backup with Google or Apple is managed in your Google or Apple account.
4. Request deletion by email
Write to hello@drewing.dev. Our server knows no names and cannot decrypt content, so please include the list’s invite link (in the app: long-press the list → “Invite”). We delete the list within 30 days and confirm it to you. The link contains the list’s key; we use it only to locate and delete the list. Using “Delete for everyone” in the app is faster and doesn’t require sharing the link.
For the waitlist on getsolista.app, use the unsubscribe link in our emails or write to us from the registered address. We then delete your entry completely.
